Skirting the Issue

I follow a blog on Instagram called Simple Simon and Co and saw them post about Skirting the Issue, click the link for more information. I knew that I'd be spending some time with my family, and we're all big sewers so I thought why not take a day and sew some skirts! We did a different size for each skirt/dress so that when we donate these skirts to a local foster home they have one for every size girls to juniors. I'm going to add later the basic skirt pattern that we used to make the skirts, and photo's of us making them, but here are pictures of all the skirts!

    1. I'm so glad I found your blog! It was great spending time with the ladies in my family sewing and we just dropped off the skirts last week to our local children's home. I secretly hope we see one out and about, but I'm really hoping that we bless a bunch of little ladies this fall :-D Thank you for the inspiration to do something I love and treasure!
